The Bar Double C Ranch is situated on 12 acres in beautiful Cave Creek, AZ, to the east of the Cave Creek wash, less than 2 miles north of the center of the Town of Cave Creek.  The heart of the facility are the two arenas.  The west arena (270 x 130) is designed for roping.  The surface has recently be redone.   We have air-operated Priefert roping chute, lights, electronic header timer and a cattle pen of over 25 steers.  The east arena (300 x 150)  is brand new and was built for the reining program.

The reining horses are housed in a 24 stall barn and the roping horses are stabled in 14 new outdoor covered stalls with rubber mats and shavings.  Both facilities are lighted and outfitted with automatic waters and feeders.  Horses are blanketed in the winter. Both facilities have their own tack rooms and wash racks.  The ranch also has a round pen and four turnouts.

There is parking for large and small trailers.  All the storage and maintainence functions are housed in a new facility in the southeast corner of the ranch.

From the ranch, miles of trail riding are easily accessible, including the Spur Cross Ranch Conservation  Area and other trails in Cave Creek.

The ranch hands live on the property.
